❃ Ceratosaurus was a medium-sized theropod dinosaur that lived during the Late Jurassic period. Its name means "horned lizard", and refers to the two horns on its head.
❃ It was a carnivore, and probably fed on smaller dinosaurs and other animals. It is known from fossils found in North America and Africa.
